SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency reported it's alarmed concerning the substantial range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office dedicated to service the area regularly. The services level designed for intervention experiences a high inflow of possible beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for that office to sassa statusSRD attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional means to allow the servicing of all shoppers and enhance access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
